Beachfront holiday rentals in Province of Udine

We have been going back to Grado for 10 years, this stay exceeded our expectations. It's on the 3rd floor of an apartment building, right across from our favorite restaurant (Il Panino) in the city center. Marina responded in a very short time, and the check-in went smoothly. The apartment is very clean and equipped with everything you need to relax. Parking is difficult, but this is a feature of Grado. We will definitely be returning guests, we recommend Marina&Dario's apartment.

Beautiful little house with everything we needed for our relatively large family, in an interesting area of the harbor. A few minutes walk to one side or the other are nice public beaches accessible to dogs. We didn't meet Letizia in person, but our questions and wishes were always super quick and willing to answer and fulfill. Hope we come back here.

Ondrej is really a very nice host. You could always reach him well and he explained a lot to us about what is important for the accessibility of the apartment and also for other things, such as the garage. In addition, Jana is on site. The key handover for the apartment was completely hassle-free. Jana was always immediately available for questions. Such good communication is rarely found! The apartment is quiet in a pedestrian zone. You can park the car in a very spacious garage and do something from there every day. You just have to be careful when shutting down into the underground garage driveway (with extra locked garage doors), which was no problem. The beds are excellent for sleeping, and the apartment can be heated very well with the air conditioning. The kitchen is new and very well furnished. The bathroom was very clean. You can endure very well on the large covered balcony. I'm sure we'll be back!

Ennio' place is a lovely place, with everything we needed. We spent 5 days here and it was a very great, peaceful holiday. Only one minor comment: Th mattress of the bed was too soft. The village is beautiful, and the closeness of Trieste is very comfortable. 100% recommend, we will definitely come back here!

We loved being at Guiditta's place! It is well equipped for a beach getaway. The master bedroom was comfortable with a skylight and its own ac /heating unit. The bathrooms were what we expected and so were the other bedrooms. We did not realize that all of the rooms were upstairs when we booked so the person work mobility difficulties slept downstairs on the couch. We really appreciated how quickly Guiditta responded to questions and how central the place is in Grado.

Very nice accommodation, well furnished. Billo is kind host, we were able to solve all problems.

We have been in the accommodation for the 3rd consecutive year and are still enthusiastic... location, amenities, cleanliness and communication leaves nothing to be desired.

Amazing stay! We were travelling with our 10 month old and Silvia’s place was very well equipped! She arranged a baby cot and high chair which was very thoughtful. There’s everything you need in the house from cooking, shower to having a good nights sleep. She also has 2 bikes for us to ride around instead of paying 15 euros/day at the rental shop. Silvia was always available and responsive . Grazie Mille silvia for all the effort!

Perfect apartment for 2 families with kids. Close to everything in walking distance, beach, pool, shopping and restaurants. Nevertheless, the desired tranquility, so not in the middle of the hustle and bustle.

Beautiful location at the end of the building with a private garden space and staircase to the beach. Best location in the complex for me as I recovered from a cycling accident in Slovenia. Quiet and private. A bit hard to find in the dark. Not the owner’s fault. Inexplicably the buildings and condominiums are not labeled or numbered making navigation difficult. Would stay here again and give it 2 thumbs up!

We had a very nice vacation in Federico's apartment. The apartment is beautiful, clean and well equipped. The great pool area, the location right on the beach and the great view from the balcony are also positive things to mention. We were 2 adults and 2 children (8 and 9 years) and had more than enough space in the apartment. Federico and Laura are super nice and helpful hosts. The communication before and during the stay was great. Federico had provided us with all accurate and relevant information in advance. Even our late arrival was no problem and Federico had also reserved a parking space for us. All in all a 5 star service :-). It was certainly not our last stay in Federico's apartment. La Luna Dell Montagne is a beautifully converted cottage in a secluded location by a river - simply stunning. Excellent kitchen, living space and bedrooms along with amazing bathroom. Tarviso is surrounded by awesome mountains & has access to great walks & cross country skiing. Nature is at the door - literally with the Deer and the river running by outside. Marina is a fantastic host. Arranged to meet us on arrival and explain the house to us. Also arranged for patisserie deliveries as a surprise :) She has created a lovely atmosphere. We had a wonderful time and felt very relaxed in the house

Nice apartment with sunny balcony for breakfast. Unfortunately, we had rainy weather more often - the well-functioning heating was very pleasant. Well located - close to the beach, spa, spar and weekly market (Saturday)... Short walk across the beach promenade into the old town. Marco is a very nice host who always responded quickly and kindly. Thanks, we felt very comfortable :))

The location is amazing. Both centrally located and on a cute back street in the pedestrian zone so you are both central and quiet. The place was very clean and the kitchen well stocked. It felt like staying at a friend’s apartment. There is a single AC unit that works well (even in August) but you must leave the bedroom doors open at night and the downstairs is warmer. It was more than sufficient for us. Great blackout shutters in the bedroom helped with light and temperature. Self-check in for a late arrival was very easy and seemingly not offered widely in Grado. The instructions to reach the apartment and access the keys were great. I did not see instructions for accessing the specific unit and we fumbled a bit in the dark. Ask in advance if you need. Parking in Grado is tricky. It was easiest and cheapest for us to park on the island, pay with the app, and walk to the place. There are limited times to access the pedestrian zone with host planning. Overall great experience

Clean and well appointed apartment, spacious living room and bedroom, well equipped kitchenette. Located 2 steps from the beach and the center, once you arrive on site, no need to take the car.

Our stay at Maja's place was completely perfect! Already upon arrival, you've noticed how much she cares about making her guests feel comfortable. She is incredibly warm, attentive and accommodating – you immediately feel welcome. The accommodation was immaculately clean and furnished with a lot of love for detail. We particularly appreciated the great location: restaurants, bars, the harbor, the promenade and the beach are all within easy walking distance. We really enjoyed the time and would come back anytime. Absolutely recommended!

The location is really great - close to the center of Grado, but very peaceful and quiet. Walking distances: 2 minutes to the promenade, ca. 10 minutes to the beach, ca. 5 minutes to two supermarkets, ca. 12 minutes to the bus station. The communication with the host was fast, clear, and friendly. The apartment matches the description. Overall very positive impression, I am happy to recommend this solution.
