On the lower floor there is a fully furnished kitchen with dishwasher, a large living room with sofas, TV and dining table and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. Our house offers a pleasant stay in complete tranquility surrounded by unspoilt nature in one of the most beautiful places in Europe: The Dolomites. In the village a stone's throw from the house there are shops, groceries, bank, pharmacy, and restaurant. During the summer you can take relaxing walks in the woods, a horseback ride or a bike ride. In the winter you can discover the beauty of the landscape by skiing on the long and beautiful cross-country track of the nearby Padola, go in a horse-drawn carriage as they used to do or learn to tow sled dogs. Or have fun on the fabulous ski slopes of the Alta Val Comelico at 2000m altitude that are part of the Dolomiti Superski Pass.

Superb and large villa with large garden, immersed in the nature of the Karst, located in a quiet but at the same time strategic area, between the cities of Gorizia and Trieste. Suitable for more or less large families, equipped for children. Pets are welcome and will have the entire garden at their disposal. The house has an air conditioning system that, together with the heating system, keeps it pleasantly comfortable throughout the year.

This is a portion of the house surrounded by greenery and surrounded by wonderful vineyards. The 6,000-square-meter garden is enriched with centuries-old plants. On the ground floor, which is accessed from the porch overlooking the garden, is the large kitchen and a living room with fireplace, from here you go upstairs where the two bedrooms and the bathroom are. The modern kitchen overlooks the porch and both rooms overlook the garden.
