The fee includes cleaning. The area is elegant and quiet just a short walk from downtown, close to the hospital and university. On the doorbell, ring PERSIC. The apartment is on the second and last floor. It has recently been completely renovated, bathroom and kitchen are new. The decor is modern. There is a removable cot for children. In the basement there is a small garage, but it is not difficult to find parking immediately outside the house. There is a nice common garden and a terrace.

The apartment, just 100m from the lagoon and 200m from the sea, overlooks the well-kept and shaded garden and it is equipped with outdoor table, chairs, umbrella and bike parking.
