The new and vintage-style furniture keeps the slightly retro flavor of the house intact, making each space special and unique. The opening of the entrances is with a code for an easy check-in. We have a space for the shelter of motorcycles, bicycles or other.

The romantic veranda, with glass walls, faces camellias blooming in springtime and winter, green during summer. It seems an english cottage, perfect for a couple with a son. The beds are a king one and eventually an extra bed.

Oria, a small ancient village where Antonio Fogazzaro lived, is completely pedestrianised and overlooks the lake. The lake view apartment offers the opportunity for an unforgettable vacation. Completely equipped with three beds and everything you might want on vacation. Lugano is a ten-minute drive. Bikes and a kayak are available for guests to use.
