Above Gröbming and only 20 minutes from Schladming, our house is located at 1,200 m on the Michaelerberg. The picturesque natural scenery offers countless opportunities to enjoy all seasons: The ski paradise of the Schladming-Dachstein region in conjunction with Ski amadé is at your doorstep. The Enns Valley offers several 18-hole golf courses and a variety of hiking and biking tours. From the end of May to mid-October, our guests can enjoy the Schladming-Dachstein Summer Card.

Endlich Ruhe gives peace! It is a lovely large house, with a fine, enclosed garden. The house is on a cul-de-sac, behind the garden runs a stream. You can BBQ or read in the hammock. The children can play in the garden. The house borders the Sölktaler Naturpark, and is 15 km from the 4-Berge Skischaukel. The house is modernly furnished, with an eye for Austrian details. For winter sports enthusiasts, there is a heated ski room. You are most welcome!

The apartment is located on the ground floor and consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom with toilet, and a kitchen. 10 minutes to the town center, grocery store, and indoor swimming pool with sauna in the immediate vicinity. Parking is available on the property. A bread roll delivery service is available, or you can have breakfast in town (Sattlers, Steffl Bakery). Ski storage for two people at the gondola station is included. Dogs are welcome.

Our cottage is located just a little off the nearest traffic routes (street, train) and yet in the middle of nature at the foot of the mighty Grimming. It is only about 30 km to Schladming or Ausseerland. There are countless opportunities for sports enthusiasts, nature lovers or even those who want to unwind! Looking forward to seeing you soon ! Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. The wonderful tranquility and the beautiful view of the Grossarl mountain and natural landscape is ideal for relaxing and recharging. In winter, Grossarl has a state-of-the-art ski resort with beautiful downhill runs and deep snow slopes. Since our house is located on a hill at 2.5 km mountain road snow chains are recommended in winter.

Dream Chalet Ski In/Out with Sauna and Whirlpool

Welcome to the luxurious and romantic "Hirsch" cabin in the picturesque Lachtal, located directly at the slopes. The chalet was just completed a few years ago. Up to 10 guests will be able to enjoy the highest comfort and luxurious amenities, including sauna, hot tub, fast internet and Netflix tv. The cabin is located 1700 metres above sea level and therefore ideal for winter and summer.

Our Mountain Cabin recently passed to the 3rd generation of our family and is a renovated traditional cabin completely on its own on a sparsely populated mountain of a few milk farmers. This self-catering cabin offers its guests and their 4-legged companions ample space to relax, forget all the day-to-day stresses and enjoy the important things in life.
