The Main House is the largest of the three independent homes at Chariclea Villas Retreat, offering privacy and tranquility in a stunning natural setting. Designed for up to 6 adults and 2 children, it features a cozy living room with a fireplace and panoramic sea views. The spacious dining area and fully-equipped kitchen create the perfect space for memorable meals and gatherings. The property also includes the Eco House and the Guest House, each with its own private entrance and parking area.

Blue Garden 2

Blue Garden is a brand new project in our mediterranean organic olive garden with private access to the beach. Here you can connect with nature and enjoy tranquility and privacy. The Houses were constructed in 2022 with high standards and comforts. Enjoy the sea view from inside the house and your private patio or relax at the beach that rests 50 metres from it. The Garden has mostly olive trees but you can also discover various other trees or vegetables. The project is stil in development.

Mertziki: Villa Epsilon Samos

Epsilon est l'une des 4 maison à la location dont la construction a été achevée en 2020 sur la presqu'île de Mertziki (3,5 hectares). A traditional summer house, recently renovvated with respect to the local tradition. This upper floor apartment, which is accessed by a flight of stairs can accommodate up to five people. It has two bedrooms, a double with single bed, and a twin room with two single beds. There is a basic Greek style kitchen with oven, fridge, , coffee making machine and all necessary utensils. The shower room has a shower cabinet, toilet and sink, as well as washing machine.

Elegant 45 sqm apartment with wonderful views of the natural bay of the city of Samos. The distance from the center is 1.2 km, with private parking. It is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood and has an open plan living room with kitchen, large balcony, one bedroom and one bathroom. It can accommodate up to four people as it has a double bed and a sofa that becomes a bed. In the area there is a supermarket (1 km), beach (1.5 km), gym (200m).
