Reconnect with nature at this funky unforgettable escape. This is a stand alone 10x12 A frame structure next to small main house. The restroom and shower are outdoor but private. There is hot water in shower. Large outdoor shower room with rain and regular shower heads. Ac in room is super cold. Queen bed with foam mattress Owner lives full time on property for any needs. On another route, 15 minutes away, you will find the Sun Bay Spa and the Malecón de la Esperanza, a place of great tourist interest.

The entrance is private and parking is right in front of the apartment. It's located in Villa Borinquen, a 5 minute drive or 25 minute walk from the ferry station and surf breaks.
