Built with wood from the dismantling of a century-old warehouse and behind a large winery is La Pajarera. A two-story cabin, with a bold architecture that plays with light, the sun bathes some walls and opens onto a glazed balcony that faces the area's natural vegetation. Living room, kitchen-dining room and guest bathroom on the first floor. Bedroom with a double bed, a desk that faces the trees and inspires and concentrates, and a bathroom on the second floor. The loft sits on top of a small barn. It has large picture windows with a clear view of Lago Llanquihue and Volcan Osorno. There is a small balcony with outdoor seating. The interior decoration is entirely local hardwood, stone, and wool. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a pellet stove that keeps it warm even on sub freezing days. The loft is a 20 minute walk from Puerto Varas center.
