Have a relax time in this beautiful and pleasant new 31m² independent mezzanine duplex in a private property. Secure parking, private entrance, sunny terrace, bowling alley (pétanque), and jacuzzi are at your disposal. The pool is available from 10:30 am to 19 pm. The duplex is fully air-conditioned and equipped. Les Issambres Beach is 20 minutes away, and the Golfe of Saint-Tropez is 30 minutes away. In a quiet neighborhood close to shops and hiking trails.

Maison entièrement rénovée, au cœur du vignoble bio de Château Paquette, au pied de l'Estérel, à 15 minutes des plages. La maison est très lumineuse et décorée avec soin. La grande terrasse surplombe les vignes et la vue porte jusqu'au pic de Castel Diaou. C'est un lieu parfait pour les amateurs de calme, de nature, de vins et d'histoire. Small house with exceptional views of the Rocher de Roquebrune. Fabulous and peaceful setting in the middle of nature. You can also relax by our swimming pool or take a small bath on your terrace facing the rock and nature. (the 11 x 6 m pool with submerged beach and deckchair are available). 50 m from Lake Arena and 1 km from the Provençal village of Roquebrune sur Argens.
