From the local bus stop, you climb 100 steps to reach the property, which is surrounded by nature. As you walk along the access road, you will be enchanted by the scents of the vegetable garden that borders it, the breathtaking view of the coast, and the vibrant colours of the surrounding landscape.

Il primo livello (130 mq) ha 2 camere da letto (una con bagno en-suite), soggiorno, bagno e cucina attrezzata. Terrazzo luminoso. Al secondo livello (130 mq) è la splendida terrazza con vista a 360°. Sentieri escursionistici e servizi a pochi minuti. La spiaggia è raggiungibile con una bella passeggiata. Ottimamente riscaldata, è ideale anche d’inverno.

La Palombara is located in Vico Equense about 1 km from the center and it is the home of a typical family of the Sorrento coast where a lot of hospitality and cordiality dominate. The hot tub is heated in march, april, september and october. It is at room temperature in summertime. It is shared. Excellent position close to Naples and Pozzuoli. Both cities are linked by ferry with Ischia, Procida and Capri. The gulf of Gaeta and Sperlonga is only 30 min by car. The house, completely independent, is 50 sqm large and has a unique view in front of the sea, and a huge garden of mediterranean vegetation. There is a double bed and a sofa bed consisting of two single beds. It’s also possible to reach the beach that is 500m far from the house!
