The cottage has a well equipped kitchen (an owen, a dishwasher, a microwave owen, a fridge and refridgerator ), washing machine four beds (an extra bed is available when asked) a sauna both inside the cottage as well as on the beach.
“We loved our 3 days here and could easily have stayed longer. The cabin is in a gorgeous location right on the lake. It is blissfully quiet and peaceful with only the sounds of water lapping and birch leaves tinkling in the breeze. The sauna and rowing on the lake were both wonderful experiences. The nearest town Kerimaki is a 20 minute drive and Savolinna is about 30 minutes. We found Savolinna rather disappointing (the castle is the only real attraction). It's better to spend your time at the cabin enjoying the serenity of the lake! It is very comfortably furnished as a family holiday home. There is nothing fancy but has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Thanks Severi!”
Cabin is simple by furninshing but has all the essentials you may need for the summer holiday by the lake. The cabin is located by the lake Puruvesi; famous for its clear water and tasty delicacy vendace, "Muikku". Cabin also has a rowing boat, running hot water, electricity, a sauna and a shower. Cabin is part of Turtiala Holiday Village
“We had a great and relaxing time at the lake. Especially the sunrises and sunsets are a highlight in summer. The house is simply furnished, but everything necessary is available. Attention, bed linen and towels are to bring your own! Top: the jump into the lake after the sauna in the wood-burning sauna Flop: the mosquitoes at dusk (but are stable) ;-)”
Kiteen Puhoksessa Oriveden rannalla saunallinen mökki. Majoitu täällä aivan omassa rauhassa, sillä lähellä ei ole mökkinaapureita. Cottage with sauna at the lakeside in Kitee, Puhos. Peaceful environment with no close neighbors.
“Honestly, the expectations were much better than imagined in the photo. Panoramic windows in the refectory open a picturesque view of the lake and birches along the coast. You open the door with the refectory and literally 15 meters later along the boardwalk and you already dip your feet from the pier. In the evening, tea and talking under the crack of a fireplace are required. But first a sauna! The sauna has a separate exit to the pier to run out steamed and plunge (be careful, you can’t dive, it's too small!). There is a separate grill-yurt, in which we grilled Finnish trout on coals and with incredible pleasure ate it with wine on the veranda. The place left wonderful impressions and kept wonderful moments in my memory forever. Thank pia”
