It is full of period charm, surrounded by vineyards & fully equipped to cater for everything you would want on your holiday. Charming apartment for rent 15 minutes from St Emilion in a peaceful and pleasant place in the middle of the Bordeaux vineyard. Consists of a large, spacious and bright room equipped with an American kitchen, an air-conditioned bedroom upstairs and a large terrace. The Villa is a fully renovated 275 m2 stone mansion. The ground floor consists of the kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom and a cellar where a washing machine is at your disposal. 1st floor: Two bedrooms equipped with a 160 x 200 bed and storage (wardrobe, closet or dresser) and an office with a double bed and a TV. 2nd floor: A bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower and a TV lounge with a large bed and a desk.

"Le clos d'Emilion" is located 5 minutes from the village of Saint Emilion and a few steps from the Dordogne.
