Come and spend sunny spring days in Sysmä! A secluded old farm with modern amenities! The nearest neighbor is 600 m away. Two bedrooms and sleeping arrangements for 6+1. The barn building has a modern sauna with two showers and an Aito stove. There is a hot tub on the terrace (not in use when the ground or lake is frozen). Inside, there is a separate toilet and shower. The kitchen has an oven, microwave, dishwasher, stove and fridge-freezer. Washing machine in the basement. 600 m to the beach, where there is a swimming area and a rowboat.

A lovely, small cottage on the shores of the clear-water Kalkkistenkoski. Your own peace is guaranteed and the nature and scenery are unparalleled. Go to the sauna, swim, jump in the pool or go on a canoe trip. Or just whistle in the hammock. You can swim from the pier or directly from the beach. The beach is quite steep, so it is not suitable for very small children. The hot tub heats up next to the sauna terrace. Bed linen and towels are ready in the cottage. You can get to the yard by car. Outdoor terrain right in the backyard and a short distance to the ski slope in winter. In the wooden sauna, you can enjoy the warm steam and the fire burning in the fireplace in the living room. The sauna cabin is also pet-friendly and there is a large fenced area in the yard, so your pet can be safely outdoors.

Enjoy sun from morning to evening with lake views. The villa has two wood-fired saunas, large terraces, and three separate bedrooms. Modern facilities from the kitchen to a toilet and shower are provided. Spend evenings around the beach fireplace or explore the lake with the available boat and canoe. The villa includes a 65" Smart TV and 300 M wifi (remote working possible). The nearest shops are a 20-minute drive away, with Helsinki 90 minutes away by car. The nearest bus stop is 4 km away.

The villa has modern comforts: drinking water, A/C, dishwasher and washing machine, sauna and hot tub with lakewater with lake views. Many Finnish design brands (Marimekko, Iittala, Fiskars, Balmuir) can be found in textiles and in kitchen. You can use a canoe, SUP boards and a rowing boat with an electric motor. Main cottage: living room, kitchen + 3 bedrooms and toilet, total 90 m2. There is also another cottage on the plot, with 4 separate beds upstairs. Modern kitchen equipment, including a dishwasher. The sauna building has a shower, an electric sauna and a small room. Large terrace in front of the sauna, which also has a wood-fired hot tub.

The accommodation is suitable for couples, solo travelers, business travelers and those who enjoy outdoor activities.

Kesäisin näppärät sähköpyörät vuokrattavissa lähipysäkiltä. Talon alakerrassa idyllinen puusauna vilvoittelutiloineen. Omassa rauhallisessa pihassa on omena- ja luumupuita. Kesäisin puuron päälle voi hakea vadelmia tai syksyn tullen pyöräyttää vaikka omenapiirakan pihan ompuista tai vain makoilla riippukeinussa.
