The stay in Walter's apartment was very comfortable and practical. The location was in fact perfect for visiting the most beautiful coves of Monte Argentario and relaxing at the thermal baths of Saturnia. Walter was super helpful and gave us great tips on activities and restaurants in the area.

Barbara is a wonderful host! We had a great time at her place. The apartment was spot less clean , very close to the marina center and the beach. Highly recommend!

The apartment matches the description. The strengths are the proximity to the center and all amenities, unpaid parking near the property, and especially the terrace. We happily spent a lot of time on the terrace, breakfast, and dinner. The kitchen has everything you need, with a large dishwasher. The stay was great. We hope to be back soon!

We took very little advantage of the potential of this apartment, because we only needed it for a nightly support, but the house is really nice. Immersed in a quiet and bucolic setting, really well furnished. Super Recommended.

The house was perfect, clean and with everything you need. The place is very nice and quiet, all the people are very friendly. Very kind of you to give us the discounts for the park and beach parking. We loved the dogs and the cat who came to greet us in the morning and evening when we returned. A 2-minute drive from the center of Alberese, from which all the trails start to explore the Maremma Park.

Alessandro is a great person and host , His place is so beautiful and peaceful , next to Bolsena lake as well as the seaside . In the heart of the amazing Etruscan land with so much history you can travel to Tuscany , Umbria and Lazio and visit all the most beautiful sites of the central Italy !

Simona was kind and helpful from the first contacts of the reservation. The apartment is well cared for, clean and offers everything you need to spend a great stay in peace and comfort. The area is around Porto Santo Stefano, which you can reach in less than 5 minutes by spot and also on foot. We stayed with our 3-month-old baby and had a great time, Simona also provided us with a bed for her. Highly recommended!

Very nice location , essential but functional. Great convenience to be able to use the restaurant (with prior reservation). Improvement points, more equipment in the kitchen(cutlery , bottle opener, nothing not recoverable after reporting), the bed pillows are quite uncomfortable. We will gladly return

All good. Apartment equipped with all comforts, bright and well-kept, located in a very quiet area, very close to the seafront and the Naval Academy (great for contestants). Eleonora was very nice and approachable, prompt and accurate communication, easy and quick check-in and check-out. Highly recommended.

Nice scenary, quiet romantic Town, Nice small cafe beside the river. But what impress Me marco property I felt like Home right away. Secured electeric gate leaving Me no worries. We had a wonderful time in the apartment Mirto. Everything was thought of, we were warmly welcomed, there was a huge fruit bowl and wine. The amenities were especially great for families. Even a laundry basket was there. The outdoor area was indescribably beautiful. So much space. So much nature. This tranquility. Heavenly. We slept wonderfully. Beds are very comfortable. There are plenty of cabinets. The furnishings of all rooms are incredibly tasteful. We felt incredibly comfortable. Thank you for the wonderful time ♥️ We recommend a trip to the magical mountain village of Pitigliano, about 1 hour away.

We spent 6 days in this well-maintained house renovated and located in a quiet area. Francesco was very welcoming and available to give us advice regarding the choice of restaurants and places to visit.

Tuscan retreat = THIS. Set in a lovely, quiet area with gorgeous views of the landscape. Easy to get to Arezzo and only 1 hour from Florence. So many amazing local restaurants and Vineyards. The property itself has a traditional vibe to it. The kitchen is not well equipped, so just bare that in mind! minimal pots, pans etc. But otherwise looks exactly like the photos.

We felt very comfortable in Samuel's apartment! It is very well maintained and tastefully decorated and there was everything we could wish for a relaxing vacation: from cozy deck chairs on the balcony to new comfortable mattresses in all beds :) The pool is large and beautiful and the complex is very quiet. Samuele always responded immediately to messages and always found good solutions. The local contact was also very helpful and friendly! We will be happy to come back :)

Francesco was very welcoming and in addition, the site is beautiful and very well maintained. The pool with the mountain views is really superb! A nice place to relax in peace. The road to get there is a bit long and very winding, but this is often the case in Tuscany...

Authentic, quiet and uncomplicated. Lovely place. Everything nice and clean. Beautiful and well-maintained surroundings. The pool area was a class of its own - so nice! There are only three rentals, which makes it very cozy. Mr. Andrea made sure everything was ok and in order - very accommodating, but with limited English knowledge - Google translate and common sense went well though. Possibility of great trips to the local area: Cecina is cozy and a little “classic” tourist town. Here we were at the weekly market as well as had dinner on the marina promenade with the most beautiful sunset. There are also nice beaches. A car is a necessity. Mr. Andrea asked about everything ok. I replied it was perfect. He replied that nothing is perfect. My answer here was: yes, this place was!
