The house underwent a five-year renovation, maintaining all the architectural features both inside and out, with exposed walls and tuff arches. Outside, you can take advantage of three parking spaces. The house enjoys spectacular exposure to both the south and north.

The main advantage is that it has a direct access to the beach .In the same time it is close to all the main landmarks of our territory (Scala dei Turchi, Valley of the Temples, Agrigento city centre ). The house is perfect for families or groups.
