Monthly Rentals in Punta Guiones

I really enjoyed this cozy cabin as a landing pad in Nosara. It had everything I needed as a single nomad and was very comfortable in the space. I enjoyed using privately enclosed outdoor space for some work tasks. And slept really well in the bedroom. I also really enjoyed the location as I could walk to the beach, cafe and nearby bodega for all my food and nature needs.

Erin & Peter are great host, they are great communicating if anything happens or needs to be addressed. House is stunning with a priceless view of the beach. About a ten minute ride into Nosara. You can tell Erin & Peter care about their tenants and that is worth a lot when traveling. Highly recommend!

I noticed this Airbnb 3 years ago and it was the reason that encouraged me to visit Costa Rica. After seeing this Airbnb unit the first time I knew I made no mistake visiting this beautiful part of the world. The unit is Rustic and more functional and desirable than I have expected. Surrounded with natural greenery, singing birds, and friendly neighbors. The drive to it was intimidating at first impression. But it added to the charm as a I got off the beaten pass. It lead lead me onto the Guiones Sur sandy beach. Then into a hidden rural dirt road which guided me into the my 3 night stay… I wish I could have stayed longer. If you stay here you must experience the sun setting down. Walk out to the beach approximately 4:30pm and wait for to the sun to set over the Pacific Ocean horizon… it’s magical. I shall return. Pura Vida!

Heather’s space was so inviting and beautiful. She is beyond responsive relaying information regarding our stay and the town. I would 100% stay here again and recommend it to everyone. All of her recommendations (restaurants, drivers, locations) were amazing !!! Thank you Heather!!
