No weapons on property. No pets or smoking allowed. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged for any violations, including smoke odor or related items like cigarette butts. This applies to the unit and all common areas.

Your space shares a wall with our home’s den. (with newly installed insulation and a solid core door to deter sound though we can’t guarantee you won't hear our small children.)
