Es gibt in der Nähe ein Stadionbad zum schwimmen und im Winter ist das Skigebiet Koralpe nur 15 min entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es ebenfalls gleich in der Nähe. Es gibt die Möglichkeit ein Klappbett aufzustellen für 1 Kind.

For hiking, the property is located right at the foot of the Karawanks: with the Petzen, the Hochobir, the Steiner Alps, the Koschuta massif. There is also a rich selection of via ferratas. Cyclists and mountain bikers will not be disappointed with the flow trail on the Petzen and the Drauradweg. In winter you can go skiing, snowshoeing and ski touring.

The apartment is located on the second floor of the house and forms its own residential unit and is well suited for 4 people. !! Attention: the bathroom is half a floor lower and can be reached via steps. The garden can also be used. If required, the seminar room can also be booked.
