Large panoramic windows on the 1st floor offer a breathtaking view of the Baltic Sea. Wi-Fi, TV and fireplace provide comfort. All SZs are equipped with a box spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) + gel topper. Ihr habt einen separaten Eingang und eigenen Garten. Wir befinden uns in einer Einfamilienhaussiedlung im Randgebiet der kleinen Stadt Barth. Einkaufsmöglichkeit 5 Min zu Fuss. Gastronomie reichhaltig vorhanden. Am Meer seid ihr in 45 Min mit dem Rad und in 15 Min mit dem Auto. Fahrzeit Fähre vom Hafen Barth nach Zingst ca 45 Min.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place. The cottage where apartment 1 (about 55 sqm) is located is a completely renovated old farmhouse house in a small listed farmhouse settlement. Here, the cozy atmosphere of an old farmer's house blends with the most modern comforts. It is on a 7000sqm property. The house is one of the former six "Holstein farms" in the settlement of Schwarbe in the north of the island of Rügen.
