Easy to get to by public transport. Skating rink in Vesankajärvi in winter and a sledding track. Disc golf course Vesala monttu 2 km, Petäjävesi 20 km. Laajavuori 9 km.

The apartment is a modern studio on the second floor, and you'll find modern amenities, with a French balcony opening on the courtyard side. Warmly welcome to Halssila, Jyväskylä, a distinctive and idyllic residential area! Maple blossom is a hundred-year-old adorable pink little house in our yard. In summer, through the windows, you can see lush greenery and the branches of the yard maple, while in winter, the nearby Lake Jyväsjärvi glistens on the horizon. As a guest, you can enjoy peace and quiet in the shelter of a small house (40m²). From the motorway, you can reach our property by car in a few minutes; we are 3.5 km from Jyväskylä town centre.

The apartment is a quiet top-floor two-room apartment with spectacular views over the rooftops all the way to Harju, and on the courtyard side, which makes it particularly peaceful. The diverse services and sights of the city center are just a short walk away and also easy to get to by public transport. The convenience store K-Market Tapionkatu is 450m away. Tuomiojärvi beach is 650m away. There are several free parking places nearby and one parking area where you can park without a parking disc.

I'm renting my home in a quiet location. Nature and lake nearby. The housing association has started renovating the façade, which is worth bearing in mind when considering renting. There is 1.5 km to the center and free parking space near the apartment. The entire 45-square-metre flat is available for use. In the kitchens you can prepare your meals and the living room and the bedroom are separate rooms and the full bathroom has a shower and laundry facilities.
