House, without exterior, in the village of Seguret. This is a house that was renovated in 2023 and offers excellent amenities. It consists of a large living room/living room with kitchen, upstairs 2 bedrooms with 2 en-suite bathrooms. This house is next door to our own house. You can use our swimming pool during the summer period from 1 June to 31 October: Mon–Fri, 9:00–11:00 and 14:00–17:00. The WE and holidays according to our availability. We are offering you this F2 (pool access from 15 May to 10 July and in September) located on the ground floor of our main residence. With a shaded outdoor area in summer and a fully equipped kitchen. This apartment is less than 5 minutes drive and 20 minutes walk to the city center where you can enjoy the market every Thursday morning. if you come with a baby equipment can be made available to you (umbrella bed, high chair, sunbed, stroller, ...).
