Studio Cosy

Rivesaltes, typical village of the Occitanie region. An exceptional setting close to the beaches (15 min) and the mountain with beautiful ski resorts. Perpignan only 10 min away and Spain 25 min away. Center of the village just minutes walk or by car, all shops, services and transport. Large shopping mall 10 min away. New villa between sea and mountains

If you appreciate the original Airbnb spirit, welcome to the house I occupy and make available for part of the year. No universal decoration but restored furniture, paintings or DIY objects and 2 cats to cuddle. Located 10 minutes from Perpignan, 20 minutes from the beaches, Spain, 50 minutes from the mountains with all shops nearby. Small cottage at the edge of a pool with views

Small 17 m2 chalet by a swimming pool in a beautiful setting with stunning views of the Roussillon plain. (In host property) Llauro, typical village of the Aspres, is a few minutes walk. It is possible to eat at the Bistrot de Pays in the village at noon...... (no cooking in the chalet) The sea is 28 km...(40 minutes) and Spain is 20 km (30 minutes.)... Not to mention the beautiful hikes you can take in the nearby mountain...
