"Montagne & Prestige" is a charming cottage (8 people) located in Font-Romeu Odeillo, in the heart of the old village of Font-Romeu, benefiting from mountainous areas and nearby activities (skiing, hiking, fishing, golf, mountain biking, climbing, natural hot water baths...). The cottage, which covers nearly 100 m2, is the result of a quality renovation that was completed in January 2017. The Gîte consists of 3 bedrooms with their own private bathrooms. Lovely studio with free parking on site

Jolie studio indépendant de 18m2 pour 2 personnes (adapté au fauteuil roulant), il y a un canapé lit dont le matelas est de très bonne qualité. Il s'ouvre sur une cours agréable avec un barbecue électrique. SAINT-FELIU-D'AMONT est un petit village paisible proche de Perpignan entre mer et montagne, proche de sites à visiter tel que les Orgues d'Illes, et de lieux de randonnés magnifiques. A 30 min de Canet plage et de l'Espagne, à 1h de la montagne. Le linge de lit et de toilette sont fournis.

Amazing views of the bay of Banyuls, the 3* classified apartment is located in a very quiet residential area, on the 1st level of our main residence. Totally independent (we share the outdoor staircase), you have a large equipped terrace. Beautiful sea view. Parking is reserved for you in front of the house and it is also possible to park motorbike/bike securely. Beach and village center less than 5'drive away, free shuttle at the end of the cul-de-sac.
