Our stay at the villa was an absolute delight from start to finish. This charming, spacious house exceeded all our expectations. One of the highlights was undoubtedly the swimming pool. It was a fantastic way to relax and cool off during the day. Spending the evening on the terrace was equally enjoyable, with the summery night atmosphere making it an ideal spot to enjoy our drinks while watching the stars The house itself is well maintained and tastefully decorated, offering a comfortable and luxurious environment. Each room was spacious and well-appointed, making it easy to feel at home. The combination of modern amenities with charming, cozy touches made for a wonderfully welcoming experience. Alkistis is a wonderful host. We stayed with two families with four kids. It was a wonderful family rental. Pool area was great. Walking distance to a great beach, especially for kids and parents😉! Great location. Nice kitchen. Alkistis son cooked us a traditional Greek dinner which was great as well. Excellent stay.

The place is stunning and the host is super responsive and friendly. It’s a great location for a large group of friends, and spotlessly maintained. The pool is gorgeous, lots of space - bathrooms are small but well kept so we didn’t mind that. It’s a bit far from the city centre and on a hill so you need transport/uber to get in and out of the place - we didn’t mind that as we were a large group and loved the privacy plus sharing cabs was very cost effective. Overall, this was a great stay!

It was a successful holiday, gorgeous scenery, also the location is an impressive one both through architecture and location. I thank the host both for the welcome and for the attention given throughout the stay.

Gorgeous property and perfect for 5 couples. The hosts made my 50th Birthday so very special with a custom made cake and all of the decorations. Would recommend having the hosts provision the house with snacks and drinks ahead of time. Our hosts were able to accommodate every wish for us. Perfect stay!

Very nice beach house, Sofianos and his team were extremely friendly and attentive to any detail we need, a special thank you to Chris who helped us with the luggage to and from the airport, as well as we had rented a car (highly recommended to take advantage of visiting other places on the island), we would have had to make more than one trip for the number of bags we were carrying.

The villa is just as described but with a larger garden than we were expecting and closer to many restaurants and beaches than we realised (we had a hire car but one or two beaches and several restaurants are walkable). The pool area was perfect for family time and we enjoyed using the outdoor cooking and dining area. The local area is beautiful and peaceful compared to other parts of the island. Valia and Nikos were friendly hosts and always on hand to ensure a smooth stay. Highly recommend the experience from start to finish.

Wonderful place to stay with a multigenerational group on family holiday. The hosts went above and beyond and shared Greek Easter holiday food and treats with our family. The pool table was an unexpected hit each evening. The decks offered beautiful views. If any downside it would be that the pool was not heated and during the April time of the year it was very chilly.

The Alchemy Villa was amazing. Super close to some great restaurants, bakery, shops and bus lines. Not crowded like some of the other towns on Santorini and far enough away from the Cruise ships that it kept it relaxed.. Didn't need a car as we could get to where we wanted with a quick ride on the bus. The town is very walkable and you'll feel right at home. The pool was refreshing, albeit a bit small—but great for a quick dip. Kitchen is well appointed and the Nespresso machine was a nice touch. The private balconies were a great luxury as well. Great trip and hope to come back again to Megalochori.

We had a wonderful stay, the photos do t do it justice. From the initial messages with John, to being welcomed by Toni, to breakfasts by Alex we could not have asked for more as a family. We will definitely be going to this home again and Santorini, it was a really special family time in the most beautiful of settings. We would recommend this to anyone. Having a car was also great to get around the stunning island.

Our family with adult kids thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful Airbnb. We did not luck out on weather, so we were inredibly grateful to have such comfortable rooms, beds etc, and the amazing views! Host was helpful and responsive since time of booking and throughout, and Maria the housekeeper/welcome team/fabulous human being, started out our stay with so much positivity and care. We will remember her as much as this fabulous spot.

My friends and I came to Greece for my 30th birthday and Santorini was our first stop of the trip. I couldn't imagine staying anywhere else!! Marcos, the property manager was absolutely AMAZING and made our stay not only extremely comfortable but super easy as well. Anything we needed from excursion recommendations to grocery stores to rental cars he was able to assist us ini sourcing and booking which definitely gave us peace of mind as we eased into the trip. The house was amazing and each of us had our own room and ample common space to be together when we wanted. An unforgettable experience and I can't thank Marcos, the cleaning team and their preferred vendors enough!

Highly recommend! The home is exactly as pictured - very new, clean, minimalist feel. The location was perfect and views were stunning. Anastasia was an excellent host and went above and beyond for our group - daily maids, grocery shopping, 24/7 transportation were all arranged for us by Anastasia, and she was always on-call. Our group rented two of the villas - this was perfect for having a very large group because we could all be together but also have the benefit of having two kitchens etc.. We will definitely lease this villa again for our next stay in Mykonos. Thank you, Anastasia!

The level of service provided was truly outstanding. Kosta, Eliane, and Vaso went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and cater to our every need. Their remarkable attentiveness and genuine care made us feel incredibly welcome and valued. Vaso's helpfulness with all our requests was especially appreciated. Villa Palm is a true gem, a peaceful oasis with breathtaking views away from all the bustle. We loved the hot tub, spacious terrace, comfortable lounge chairs, and thoughtful touches like the large pool towels. Villa Palm is more than just an accommodation; it is an experience that nourishes the soul. We have made lifelong friends from this amazing immersion!

Dimitris and his partner Adrian, are simply the best at making their guests feel at home. They went beyond the norm to provide for our every need. Dimitris was also helpful in providing personal recommendations on sites and restaurants, not only on Mykonos, but in Athens and Santorini as well. I wouldn't hesitate to contact him again on our next Grecian adventure!

We had an incredible stay at this stunning property! We were a group of 11, and the house could not have been more perfect for us. The space is designed with two spacious sitting areas on the main floor and another in the basement. This layout allowed the kids to play within eyesight while the adults relaxed in their own space—ideal for families like ours. The pool is large and beautiful, surrounded by meticulously maintained greenery. The entire property is gorgeous, with mountain views everywhere you look. We loved the privacy here. Yet, it was only a short drive to beautiful beaches and the charming town of Nafplio, which we explored and enjoyed. We stayed for six nights but could have easily stayed a month. The kitchen is fully equipped. The outdoor dining area and kitchen were a highlight. In short, this property exceeded all of our expectations. It's spacious and beautifully maintained, and the caretakers are lovely. We cannot wait to return. Thank you, John!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Adam. The Villa was beautiful luxurious and private. We had a group of 12 and we had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy. This was the highlight of our holiday. We loved the pool, views and gorgeous sunsets from the balcony. We would defiantly come back again and can highly recommend this Villa with wonderful hosts. Thank you.

Simply a stunning house and location that my friends and I have already said send love to return to one day. You can’t stay that about many places! Peaceful, amazing sunsets, relaxing vibes. What more could you want. Hosts were great and always trying to make sure we had all we needed. Book it!

Stayed the second time in the Villas, this time in the Villa North. Both Villas are similar. Thomais is a great host, easy to reach and very responsive. The house is in perfect condition, absolutely clean and provides for everything that is needed. Location is good and quiet, a two minute walk to the beach and provides access to multiple dining options and the inner city within a 10 min walk. Thanks for having us and making this another great stay in Naxos. We'll be back!

The house was so fantastic that we would have loved to stay several more weeks :) The view is of course to dream of. We could watch the sunset right from the terrace. The house has lots of space. It was easy being 8 people in the house in 5 different bedrooms. The house is very modern and has all the facilities and kitchen supplies you’d want. The outside area was super entertaining with a good tennis court (with rackets and balls available), a workout area, a playground for small children and a decently sized pool with space for play and cooling down. We’ll definitely be back again in the area, and we’ll definitely pick this house again.

As a family of three, we had a tastefully furnished terraced house with an airy living room and very spacious terrace. We very much liked using the private and non-visible pool area, but the volume of a pump probably belonging to the pool bothered us, especially in the evening on the terrace. The bathrooms are very small and the water pressure fluctuates greatly. The kitchen is nice and functional, but with two hotplates (and without suitable cookware to use both hotplates) it is not practical to cook every day. In addition, a dishwasher is missing. Unusual is the outstanding service - the care is more like that of a hotel than a vacation home. The house is cleaned daily (on request) and provided with new towels, the dishes are also washed. The reception was very accommodating and helpful. Even if not everything was perfect, we can absolutely recommend the house, we felt very comfortable!
