In a quiet neighborhood, a lovely, private, air-conditioned, vaulted-ceiling cabin with glass front overlooking Baynes Sound and the mountains of Vancouver Island. Self-contained with a private entrance. Queen-size bed in loft, single bed on main floor. Private bathroom with shower. Private access to beach. Close to ferry, a short walk to the local village. Please note that this property is not suitable for people with mobility issues or small children. WE DO NOT CHARGE CLEANING FEES.

Forest garden cottage by the ocean

This remote property is fronting a quiet ocean inlet. Located 3 km back in the forest, it is an oasis of tranquility. Enjoy tidal flats filled with oysters, bird life, and clear water. The cottage is located at the edge of a garden clearing. Great kayak launch with access to Desolation Sound. 3 km access road, which is a bit bumpy in some places. Bring your groceries, a flashlight, and solid shoes. The fridge is 3/4 size. We have the best drinking water ever here! No smokers, please.

We love staying in Airbnbs and always wanted to host. Our carriage home is located minutes to Comox and the beach. We are 3 kms from the airport and 40 kms to Mt. Washington. There is so much to do in the valley and we hope you will relax here after a day of exploring. We are happy to share our local knowledge if you need anything. We are not pet friendly as we may have foster animals. We share the back yard, but it’s spacious and you have your own patio and entry gate.

Welcome to your serene and cozy retreat nestled in our private backyard oasis. Escape the hustle and bustle in our tranquil space, featuring a cedar barrel sauna, bubbling hot tub, and refreshing outdoor cedar shower. The ambiance is bright and inviting, offering the perfect environment to unwind and recharge. We understand that your furry friends are family too, so we happily welcome dogs with an additional $50 cleaning fee per dog. Sorry we don’t accept cats.

Relax and enjoy your stay in this ground level, newly renovated one bedroom suite located in a 100+ year old home in Historic Townsite. This suite is located on a quiet street and within easy walking distance to Powell Lake, to a lovely ocean beach, our local brewery and a boutique mall with cafe, bakery, grocery store and other cool shops. The space has wonderful amenities including a spa-worthy bathroom, a well equipped kitchen and two patio spaces.

This completely separate guesthouse is located on our ½ acre property in the quiet "Welcome Woods" neighborhood, across the street from small local store with coffee/deli/grocery/beer. Gorgeous ocean view from inside or on the large sunny deck. The view stretches across the water to Hornby and Denman islands. Watch the sun rise, the wind tossing the waves ashore or walk across the road to the beach. It is a nice swimming beach.Lots of wildlife, birds, seals, sea lions, otters and if you get lucky you might see whales. This carriage house has lots of character and is a clean simple, cozy space for a get away.
