Holiday rentals with lake access in qathet Regional District

Great stay, wonderful experience, spectacular view, friendly and responsive host, super clean. Would definitely go back there and enjoy the beautiful Sunshine Coast in this beautiful place. Private access to the ocean was amazing where we could take our paddle boards into the water. We saw plenty of seals while paddling.

Peaceful, tranquil little cottage with a natural window in the trees to the sea 🩵 Hadn't visited Sunshine Coast before but this was just right for our needs. Our dog Finley enjoyed the fenced outdoors & spending time with Frank the dog :) Well laid out cottage, had everything we needed + a comfy bed. Enjoyed sitting out on the covered deck of an evening, scent of lavender all around. Annie gave us all the details needed for a great stay. Friendly & available for any questions, .. not that we had any need to ask of anything :)

Wonderful place to stay! Came for our "babymoon" and enjoyed every moment of the peace and quiet! beautiful view of the water, nicely stocked kitchen and very comfortable! Even though it was off season for the area there was still plenty to do and stunning places nearby to hike! Would love to bring our family back and stay here again!

We had a great stay at Ping Ping’s place. It is rustic as advertised, but we were pleasantly surprised that it was bigger than expected. Two bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms, two living/sitting rooms, a dining area and full kitchen. We had lots of space for a family of four! The location is private and the dock and kayaks were a bonus. The beds were comfortable and having two bathrooms was great. There were also nice bonuses like Keurig coffee pods. We recommend Ping Ping’s place very highly!

We had a great stay at Tina’s footage for two nights. Tina was very helpful and responsive with local recommendations, and went above and beyond to pull out their bbq in the rain for us. The cottage is at the front of the property and the hosts live at the back of the property. The cottage was clean, with a comfortable kitchen and living room facing the beach, bathroom with washer and dryer, and medium sized bedroom with plenty of cupboards to put your clothes and a comfortable bed. There’s is a well stocked kitchen with pots, pans, a hot top, air fryer, kettle, coffee maker, etc if you want to cook for yourself. The cottage is across the street from the ocean and there’s beach access five minute walk area. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing with walks along the beach and in the forest near by. Would definitely recommend for a quiet getaway or beach vacation!

A really nice, quiet and clean cabin in Garden Bay. Very nice neighbourhood, close to the beach and lakes and only a short drive to stores. Both indoor and outdoor fire pit options available and the beds are comfortable.

Everything went perfect. Place is older and basic, which is totally fine because it is well maintained, squeaky clean and everything worked as it should. House is quiet and although close proximity to other homes we didnt hear a thing. As a 3 bedroom I highly recomend this location for families looking for a peaceful getaway. Mike

We had a wonderful stay! Our host was incredibly warm and welcoming, going above and beyond to make us feel at home. From fresh flowers and eggs in the kitchen to a cozy fire already going to take the chill off a rainy day, every detail was thoughtful and appreciated. She offered great recommendations for local hikes and even helped us get in touch with a friend nearby—such kindness! The sweet horses on the property added to the charm, making our time here feel peaceful and connected to nature. This is a truly special place hosted by someone who clearly cares. Highly recommended—we’d return in a heartbeat.

We absolutely loved our stay at Michelle’s place! The surroundings were stunning, with a beautiful water view and a lovely garden that made the experience even more special. Michelle was an incredible host, very kind, responsive, and thoughtful. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, even staying up late just to welcome us and ensure we had everything we needed. When we requested extra bakeware, she provided it right away. The home felt cozy and inviting, truly a home away from home. We highly recommend staying here!

We had a great stay at Andrew’s place. There was a small issue with the heating but he was very responsive and did his best to solve the problem. The cottage had everything you need to cook a family meal and a fire that heats up the whole living space. Overall it was a lovely cottage to spend a long weekend.

We stayed 3 nights in Colin's cabine. it was the last days of our honeymoon. It was absolutly perfect! We loved our stay. We loved the cabine. It’s not that rustic. The bed, the sheets, the towels, the dishes are new. The cabine is in between the woods and the sea. the view is spectacular. We saw many animals. It’s calm and lovely. The town and the restaurants are at 15 min by car. You can relax, walk, reflect and enjoy life. Last but not least, Colin is really nice, reactive and helpful. He seems to be a really good person. Shoot. Only a thousand words allowed to describe Paradise Point? Let’s put it this way— our week on Powell Lake was so unforgettable we’ve already booked in for next year. The photos don’t do it justice— you really have to see/experience it to believe it. The cottage itself is sweet and rustic, with super comfy beds, and the location and views are indescribable. My husband and I went for a quiet retreat, just the two of us, but the cottage/property would no doubt be fantastic for a group. We swam every day, made pals with the ravens and chipmunks, lay out under the stars every night… bliss. And Dylan! Dylan was lovely to communicate with— prompt, clear, kind— and took care of all our needs. Highly, HIGHLY recommend!
