Il suo nucleo più antico risale presumibilmente al XIII – XIV secolo. L’unità è composta da tre ambienti curati nel dettaglio per riscoprire la calda atmosfera delle case alpine. L’ambiente soggiorno con un divano/letto e camino precede la cucina ed a completare una splendida camera dotata di doccia e un bagno confortevole e attrezzato.

La murà è una suggestiva casa in pietra, legno e tetto in "lose" recuperata da Emanuele nel luogo in cui sorgeva un fienile a 1200 metri nel Parco Nazionale Gran Paradiso. Nella borgata di Tressi - Tersy in francoprovenzale - in uno degli angoli più selvaggi delle Alpi, la casa è isolata e ha uno sguardo esclusivo sul vallone di Forzo.
