We accidentally damaged the glass coffee table (the bottom shelf), reported him and offered to pay the damage and Stephen was very polite and nice handling the problem. Good transportation, stadium, beach and shopping mall is nearby.

Morgan delivered such a fantastic 5-star experience. All the categories - from clean to location to check in etc - those were great great but, in my opinion, what always sets an AirBnB apart and above the rest, is the person(s) running it. Great place for an extended stay! I rented the cottage for about 2.5 months and felt very at home during my stay. Colder months in Monterey mean dressing warm, but the provided space heater kept the cottage comfortable. A small kitchenette was limited, but a provided air fryer and microwave made things more manageable. An overall peaceful, clean and great stay!
