Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Quartier Hassan

We very much enjoyed our stay at Samy's house. He is a great host, very responsive and pleasant to deal with. The house is lovely, it's in an enclosed compound with a shared pool area and backyard. The rooms are large, the kitchen is great, and the living rooms were perfect. The beach is a 5 min walk down the hill and there are many restaurants and shops a short drive away. There is also a gym just a short walk away that is really nice and offers single-day entry fees. Samy's house was perfect for our family trip, the rooms and living areas are really nice and spacious. We will absolutely rent from Samy again.

Jean's riad is absolutely beautiful and ideally located. Fatna's welcome is amazing: she is an extremely kind, considerate and discreet person but who warmly shares her Moroccan culture (and her cuisine). As for Jean, he is very responsive and gives very good advice. In short, this place is a real rare find!

Our first visit to a Riad in Rabat and we really liked this location at the Oudayas. It was next to the Cornish, Rabat Medina, taxis, and beach. The staff were attentive to our needs. An amazing view!

Exceptional stay! We had a wonderful stay at this place! The apartment is even more charming than pictured: clean, spacious and very well equipped. The decor is neat and the atmosphere is cozy, which made us feel at home as soon as we arrived. The location is ideal: close to public transport and shops. The host is adorable, responsive and full of good attention (welcome note, local tips, etc.). Check-in and check-out went smoothly. We highly recommend this place and hope to be back soon! The truth I thank Yasrin for her breakthrough communication more than wonderful.... The apartment is beautiful and good at the same time the balcony has a wonderful view.... The bedrooms are arranged and clean.. There are two rooms in the house. Each one is more beautiful than the other.... The kitchen is very suitable and the bedrooms are very comfortable

What about mr al-hacan, a top person. It was very responsive to our messages etc. The accommodation was nikel ,very spacious and is in a very quiet and peaceful subdivision. Go with your eyes closed . Thank you and all your family.

My recent stay at in Hay Riad was an absolute delight! From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by an impeccably clean and sparkling environment. We had an incredible stay! The house is beautiful and perfectly located with a backyard that opens right onto the beach — you can't beat the view, especially at sunset. The area felt super safe and peaceful, making it the perfect place to relax. The drive to the Rabat medina was easy and quite enjoyable, which made exploring the city very convenient. Karim was extremely friendly and responsive, making everything easy from check-in to check-out. We can't wait to come back!

We had an excellent stay . It is a wonderful property in front of the sea with direct access to the beach . The house has a marvelous sea view . Very nice staff , good cooking and cleaning . Swimming pool with sea water . We highly recommend .

Large home with a garden and a good location

Amazing sea view visible from the whole house including from the room. Beautiful terrace overlooking the sea, very comfortable bedding, large glass window all along the living room... I recommend this place without hesitation! NB: garden & terrace shared with the tenant of the outbuilding (discreet, we did not see it from the stay)

We had a great stay in Rabat! The house was very big, spotless, and incredibly central (ie. close to supermarkets and restaurants). The hosts were very responsive, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. Additionally, the neighborhood was extremely clean and safe!
