Casa Verrua offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and kitchen, a relaxation area, a swimming pool, a parking space, and a pay-per-use electric vehicle charging station. The swimming pool is shared with our other two properties, Casa Clementina and Belavista. The rooms overlook two large terraces where you can sunbathe and use the hot tub. The building is protected by a mosquito control system. Casa Verrua is close to fascinating cities such as Asti, Alba, Turin, Milan and Genoa.

La Corte di Lu is a beautiful country house, surrounded by the hills and woods of Asti. We renovated the house respecting its original features, and now it is ready to welcome families and groups of friends. The house is big enough for everyone to have their space and comes with great gathering areas. It is conveniently located - shops and sights are all within easy access - and the towns of Asti, Rocca d'Arazzo, Agliano and Canelli are only a few kilometers away.

The Captain's Residence - private SPA

La Dimora del Capitano is the right residence for those seeking elegance and tranquility. Immersed in Monferrato, a stone's throw from the A21 highway, it offers an unforgettable experience in the name of calm, quiet and good taste for an extrasensory experience. The Captain's Residence offers, for now, a small apartment consisting of a bedroom and a relaxation room, the latter equipped with a double whirlpool tub, shiatsu massage chair and meditative sessions.
