We are right in the hub of the "Golden Triangle " of Penang and a 3 min walk to Paragon , Gurney shopping mall, G Hotel . Gurney night hawkers and a 7 eleven is right at the back . It is ideal for a business stay or a long stay guest . The house has lots of open spaces , has good natural ventilation in common areas, a large garden and a back balcony on the 1st floor.

Room with a king-sized bed with attached bathroom. It comfortably fits two and is located on a quiet street. It is a place suitable for travelers who wish to have a walk and explore Ayer Itam Town. Homecooked breakfast will be prepared and served by my mother every morning. My parents will be the one who host you as me and my wife are not staying there. We will go back home on weekly basis. We had shut down our operation since Covid lockdown. We would love to welcome our new guests now.
