Point Lonsdale Beach House

A classic beach house in the small, popular fishing town of Point Lonsdale. Two bedroom, one bath property with all the comforts of home. Only a block and a half from the beach and situated on a quiet street. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, bedroom 2 has a queen bed, and a queen blow-up bed is available. All towels and linens are supplied, as are paper goods and laundry soap. A new washer and condenser dryer are available for your convenience, as is a drying line in the fenced and gated back yard. Dogs are welcomed - outside only please, where we have provided a comfortable kennel.

Relax and unwind by the heated plunge pool or let the kids play at the lakeside park it's only a few meters away from the front door. My house located in a beautiful lakeside, and it is only 5 min drive to the Point Lonsdale beach and lighthouse. Take a short stroll to the local cafe. Ride your bike in the endless Bellarine bike paths. Visit the various wineries around, or wander to the many nature reserves in the Bellarine.

The front house was built in 1863 for a sea pilot and the “Rusty gate “ section that you will be staying in , is at the rear and is named this because you will enter through a Rusty Gate into the property , was built on later in the 1900s . It has a wonderful atmosphere and is peaceful and quiet . It is only a few minutes walk to the beach and shops .
