Holiday rentals with lake access in Queenstown

Great communication. We were a family group and the house was perfect, lots of comfy spots to unwind. Great location, would definitely stay again!

The room is good, it is a little distance from the city, the cleanliness is clean, the host communicates very smoothly, it would be perfect if the bedroom could be warmer.

We absolutely loved our stay at Laura’s and honestly feel reluctant to leave a good review because it was so great I want to keep it a secret so it doesn’t book out for our next visit!! The location was just out of this world. Waking up to the sunrise lighting up the mountains was breath taking. We went to bed each night looking up at the stars through the skylight. The apartment had everything we needed (cosy) but perfect for the two of us. There was a bus stop just down the road which made transport to Queenstown really easy and affordable. We were unable to find anything else around the area as good for the same price. So glad we ended up staying here 😊

we had an excellent stay at the Bay House. everything is as pictured— beautiful furnishings, spacious, super clean, uncluttered. the location also cannot be beat with the lake just across the road and an easy walk into town. there was plenty of room for the three of us, the kitchen was well equipped and the washer/dryer came in handy after going on rainy/muddy hikes. it was rainy a few days during our visit to Queenstown but we did not mind spending time indoors at this home playing board games and reading. highly highly recommend!

I would highly recommend to anyone that this is THE place to stay in Queenstown! Absolutely gorgeous views at all hours in a private and cosy home. Super easy to get to places as well. Thank you so much to our lovely hosts for having us - Fiona was so responsive and gave great recommendations. I would stay here again!

Great location Beautiful view Clean, comfortable beds, soft towels, comfy couch. Overall was really nice. Only suggestion would be to improve what’s available in the kitchen eg a pair of tongs, a strainer, some oil, cling wrap, foil. Kitchen was extremely limited to be able to cook a simple meal eg pasta. No foil to line oven trays. No way to cover leftovers. No hand soap in the kitchen. A few more basic items would give this place 5 stars. Overall 4.5

We enjoyed our stay here. It was close to Bob’s cove which was awesome. The place was comfortable to stay in, with a good kitchen. The hosts were very welcoming and the dogs are cute.

A lovely three bedroom townhouse well located. You can walk into the centre of Queenstown along a lakeside path, it will take an hour, but its a nice walk. We ubered home after walking in. Would suit families, or couples with all bedrooms having ensuites. spotlessly clean, with everything you need.

Spectacular views - cosy and comfy. Worth the uphill walk as there was construction work almost daily, which meant detours and steep climbs .. but the view and the well equipped kitchen were great. Thoughtful and helpful instructions and information made for a smooth stay. Friendly and responsive host. All round great stay!

Breathtaking views in a beautiful neighborhood. The place was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were friendly and approachable. I would definitely stay here again when we return to Queenstown.

Jasen’s accommodation was a relaxing 20min walk along the lakeside into the town centre. Spectacular lake and mountain views from the deck and living area. Very considerate touches to the stay, including hot water bottles and umbrellas available for use on colder/wet days. While we didn’t use much of the kitchen, it’s good to know there’s a full kitchenette with quality pots/pans if we wished to cook. Would highly recommend anyone to stay here.

I booked this property on behalf of Land Search & Rescue for our tutors who travel the nation delivering training to our volunteer base. Paul was a wonderful host; communication was easy, and the property was perfect for our purposes.

Jason and Scott are truly Great hosts. Their cottage is amazingly lovely, clean, with a wonderful view and complete amenities. All we need are readily and conveniently available. Instructions are clear, and the place is indeed very guest-friendly. We had a homey and very special experience. The SPA is also a great deal and the view is breathtaking. We will be back, and hopefully longer stay. Thanks to them for sharing their place; we, as a family, just made another priceless memory.

We loved our time here. Each night it felt like we were coming back home. It was so easy to relax after a day exploring. We chose this location because it fit well into our itinerary and we are so glad that we did.

Very cozy house with a lot of family atmosphere

We had another fantastic stay with Ray and Deb in Cromwell, our second time staying with them while in town for an agility show. Their house is in a perfect spot, just a 10-minute walk to the Stoaker Room for dinner, and close to many walkways leading to the lake. The accommodation is always clean and comfortable, with beds that guarantee a great night's sleep and everything we need to feel at home. Deb is absolutely lovely and makes us feel so welcome every time. It's the little things that make such a difference, and their place has truly become our favourite spot to stay in Cromwell. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Lovely place with an incredible view! So spacious and everything was clean and as described. Felt like home away from home. Very close to nearby cycling track. Could easily cycle into town in 5 minutes.
