It is small but select and it is not part of the main house which guarantees ultimate privacy for you. Great to explore the local tracks (private access to reserve/track), 5 mins walk to Kawarau Falls. Close to the shops, cafes, restaurants and public transport. Great views and a full kitchen on Queenstown Hill

Keep it simple at this peaceful yet centrally located place. You will have panoramic views of the mountains and lake, while still having access to Queenstown’s bars, restaurants, shops, and activities. Free parking is available on a quiet culdesac. Central Queenstown is a 30-40 min walk (steeply downhill). The apartment is on the lower level of our property, and has great WiFi for working. The separate entrance and outdoor balcony area make it perfect for couples wanting privacy.
