It is a true castle, a rare architectural gem in Brazil. Located on a mountain surrounded by lush nature, it offers scenic trails along cascading rivers and a breathtaking view that stretches up to 200 km. The suites are thoughtfully decorated, and the dining hall and kitchen are fully equipped. Fruit trees flourish in every season, and the herb garden offers fresh spices for the kitchen. Four of the 12 suites have air conditioning, while the others are fitted with ceiling fans.

The property is located in the rural area of Queluz/SP, between São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro. Access is via the Presidente Dutra highway. The house is 5 km from Queluz/SP which has supermarkets, restaurants and pharmacy. Ideal place to rest and recharge, surrounded by nature, crystal clear river, large spaces for living with a barbecue. You have a river of crystal clear waters, within the property. Guests will be able to go hiking. We have 100 mega fiber internet.

The chalet is located on the path to the upper part of Itatiaia National Park, and is perfect for those who visit it. With fiber optic internet, three bedrooms, large living room, equipped kitchen, tropical garden, pool, and waterfall, it is ideal for roça-office, relax, cook and enjoy nature.

Surrounded by native vegetation, with rich flora and fauna, you sleep, listening to the sound of the waterfall. Mild weather, even on summer nights, you sleep with a blanket. It is a private National Park, with trails, waterfalls, private rivers of the property.
