On the same street there is a supermarket, pharmacies, a bakery and a butcher shop across the street, stores, etc. The apartment is close to downtown Conselheiro Lafaiete, but in a quiet area, in addition to being close to the city's main hospital. It has 1 parking space. The outdoor areas are under renovation, so it is still ugly. I ask for your understanding because the apartment will be worth it. The House is located in a residential area exactly 2.5 km from the historic center, which is equivalent to a 7-minute drive . We have an amazing view and we are in a region of a lot of nature.
