Either way, you'll have a private parking space. Remember that you will stay in a wonderful beach town: although the photos evoke a great quiet, in summer it is certainly not the kingdom of silence!

"Mercanti" cozy attic in a tower house

An old tower house in the heart of Pisa. A fully equipped stainless steel kitchen with espresso machine and kettle. The interiors blends wooden beams, steel and glass with a swinging hammock, designer lamps, a turntable and an extensive library of art and illustration books. The bedroom is accessed via an internal staircase, while the apartment is located in the attic (3rd floor) of a historic building: the staircase is a bit steep, so unfortunately it may not be comfortable for everyone.

Ideal base for discovering the treasures of our city and the famous Tuscan cities of art. You can enjoy our sea and fresh fish cuisine. Coffee, tea, herbal teas, milk, and cookies are all offered. The quiet, picturesque neighborhood is a 10-minute drive or 20-minute bike ride from Downtown.

In Quercianella, on the coast of Tuscany and a few minutes from the sea, there is the 'Casa di Iane', a portion of a two-family villa surrounded by greenery and surrounded by the large private park.
