Collina Power

Collina is an ancient stone farmhouse, the house is surrounded by fields and olive groves. It has a large garden with swimming pool and a terrace where you can have pleasant lunches and dinners. A barbecue and garden furniture are available. The road to get to the house in the last stretch is not paved and is therefore not suitable for sports cars or particularly low ones. The route lends itself to pleasant walks during the day, while at night we recommend using a car because it is not lit.

My home is located in Livorno, in the characteristic district of Antignano, near the center and a stone's throw from the beautiful coves of the Lungomare, perfect for a dip and a sun bath. Strategic base to discover the treasures of our city and the famous Tuscan art cities. You can enjoy our sea and fresh seafood cuisine. Coffee, tea, herbal teas, milk, and cookies are all offered. The quiet, picturesque neighborhood is a 10-minute drive or 20-minute bike ride from Downtown.

Iane's House

In Quercianella, on the coast of Tuscany and a few minutes from the sea, there is the 'Casa di Iane', a portion of a semi-detached villa surrounded by greenery and surrounded by a large private park. Parking is available inside and outside the villa, tranquility and plenty of space, inside and outside. It is an ideal place to enjoy a relaxing holiday, but also to take advantage of the crystal clear sea with small pebble bays and to visit the nearby Tuscan cities of art.

Ideal for a couple, the house is arranged on two levels. On the ground floor, there is a living room and a kitchen complete with accessories with a dishwasher and washing machine. On the first floor, there is a large double bedroom (possibility of adding a bed for children) and a very spacious bathroom. Anyone is and always will be welcome. The cleaning and sanitizing of the apartments are carried out scrupulously by us in order to ensure maximum safety.
