Hello Welcome to this small, independent haven of around 40 m², with a 160 cm bed, bathroom, toilet, TV (DTT), kitchenette, a very shady garden and a terrace. I offer a full breakfast if your stay is for just one night. There is coffee, tea, honey, etc. on site. 20 minutes away, there are beaches, the Gulf of Morbihan, beautiful surrounding countryside, a beautiful vernacular and historical heritage, and hiking trails. Questembert has 8,500 inhabitants and offers all the shops and services you need, plus a swimming pool, a cinema and a train station 2 km away.

Character building, upstairs and/or downstairs accommodation

Two properties available, one sleeping 4 and the other sleeping 3. For your peace of mind and comfort, if you rent one of the two properties, the other will not be occupied. My accommodation is in a quiet location surrounded by nature, close to horses, and offers a lovely view of the sunset. SAUNA: Private area available upon reservation, €25 for 2 people. 5 minutes from La Roche-Bernard, a small tourist harbour. Beaches 20 mins away. Close to Lake Brière, the Morbihan Golf Course and the Côte de Jade. Refurbished in an original way.

Le gite de Pennepont est situé au cœur de la vallée de l'Arz, dans un cadre arboré et verdoyant de 5 hectares. Notre longère du XVIIIè siècle a été rénovée avec des matériaux écologiques ; elle est composée d'un salon avec superbe cheminée, cuisine entièrement équipée, d'une grande mezzanine (espace détente) avec clic-clac (2 pers.) et de deux chambres (5 pers.) Vous bénéficierez des extérieurs composés de deux terrasses. Un barbecue est à votre disposition, ainsi que des jeux pour enfants.
