Dating from the 18th century, this house was known to the whole village and even today many inhabitants remember having spent time there. The renovation focused on the enhancement of natural materials (wood, stone) by adding a modern side. Our vaulted cellar in exposed stone and rock is located in the center of Coutances. It consists of a room with a bathroom. 40 m2 garden. Quiet and warm. Cottage in the center of the Manche: 10 minutes from the sea. 1 hr from Mont-Saint-Michel. 1 hour from the D-Day Landing beaches. The cellar is below a stone house being renovated. So you are alone to enjoy the garden. Wi-Fi access.
