We really enjoyed staying with Carlos. The room, a studio with an included kitchen, was beautiful, located on the upper floor of the house. It offers a stunning view of Lake Atitlán and the volcanoes. Everything was lovely, and the garden was colorful and diverse. We especially enjoyed sitting on the veranda every morning with our coffee, looking out at the garden. The kitchen was very well-equipped, and we felt completely at home. Everything was very clean, and Carlos was incredibly helpful and accommodating. We would gladly recommend the apartment and would be happy to return at some point in the future.

Very nice apartment, with an extraordinary view of the lake. The whole place is very clean and worth the price paid. You just have to know that check-in is a little complicated if we don't have an internet connection because the address is not accurate and people don't necessarily know (it was dark and it was raining extra for us). So we have to print all of Johnny's advice in advance, which we hadn't completely done. For it to be perfect, it would be necessary to provide a mop also for cleaning and an extra towel. The kitchen is also quite basic, good for breakfast but otherwise we ate outside (no gas in the stove and the problem was not fixed). But despite these details, our stay was very pleasant and we would be happy to come back.

It‘s a rare thing to find a place that looks better in real life than in the pictures of the ad. This one is one of these. Very close to the town centre, situated in a beautiful garden. A real treat.

We loved our stay here! The location is great very close to the ferry. Loved the open air area! It’s close to bars/restaurants but we didn’t find it too loud. Would recommend staying here.

One of our favourite ever stays with AirBnB after many years. Amazing value & lovely apartment with incredible views. So easy to get to and from San Pedro centre with Tuk Tuk 10Q per persona. Host could not be more helpful. Isabelle Bistro good restaurant close.

It is a beautiful place, very close to the pier, excellent view of the lake and the mountains, spotless, it is just as described. The host is very respectful and friendly.

I stayed here on glorious week and could have stayed another. The place was exactly as described and the rooftop deck/kitchen was an amazing place to work and chill. It was a 50 yard walk to the lake and only a 5-10 walk to the main tourist area. It’s also about as peaceful as San Pedro gets. Town has a party vibe so you will still hear music at night and the occasional dog barking but nothing that even cheap earplugs can’t handle.

We had a great stay! The property is also a Spanish school so there were a few other guests there studying Spanish. Everyone who works there is very nice and we felt very welcome. They had great recommendations about what to do in the area and how to navigate local transport. The location is great-- away from the bustle of the city and surrounded by nature, but still only a 15 min walk from the center of Xela. We came back walking a few times at night and still felt very safe. Sary was super communicative and very flexible when we had to change our plans due to unforeseen circumstances.

Excellent location, just four blocks from Central Park. The surrounding is quiet and with restaurant options. The stay was clean, the kitchen is well equipped, the rooms are comfortable. We had a great time and look forward to repeating the experience soon. Thank you very much for everything

Excellent accommodation very clean, tidy, the location is perfect is on the side of the road. What we liked the most is the view towards the fields.

the place was so tranquil and charming that I extended my stay. the shared kitchen and bathrooms were cleaned and tided daily, and the whole place in general was always tidy. It was great value for money and I would stay there again.

Everything was perfect with our stay. There was a little confusion, but the hosts were always willing to fix it ☺️

This is a good place to stay if you're visiting Xela. Good mixture of travelers.
