On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a shower room and toilet, a dining area, an open-plan equipped kitchen, a living room and a large furnished terrace. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, one with a dressing room and a private bathroom with shower, a shower room and a separate toilet.

The SNCF train station is also a 10-minute walk away and connects to Auray TGV train station by TER (corkscrew) in high season and by bus in low season.
