Monthly Rentals in Rio de Janeiro

Very nice, cozy spot for one or two people. Great location in Rio....easy access to Ipanema and Copacabana. Lots of restaurants nearby - but, that everywhere here in Rio! LOL! At least 3 restaurants on every block! I'd come here again.

Stefan’s rating is a 5+ because his place and communication is exceptional! All I can say is you will not be disappointed in anyway he just provides all the extras and is a super host ! I will be a returning client, when I can get it 🤗 he books up fast and I know why !

When I arrived in Flávia, it was very receptive, attentive, received me on the spot. I had some questions and she always answered very quickly and practically. The site was clean, airy and bed linen smelled. The apartment is small, but it met my demand that was to stay a few days. It has sandwich, minibar, coffee maker, mix, dishes, glasses and cutlery. What you can organize something to eat in a practical way. There is no air conditioning, but the fan is excellent, with speed control! The atmosphere is silent! The building is very close to the beach, restaurants, market, pharmacy. A great location!

My stay with Louri & Renato was fantastic. Louri was very responsive during the stay and made sure I had everything I needed. The studio is really nice, just like the pictures! I think it's important to mention about the location; although it is at the entrance of the favela, I felt very safe the whole time. However there are two things to keep in mind: 1) it's very loud especially at night 2) Uber/taxis do not drive there, so you must walk about a block to get picked up/dropped off I didn't mind these things, but I think it's important to mention. For me it was a 5 star stay 😄
