A modern, newly built holiday home with a private pool and a great sea view from every room. It is also great for use in autumn/winter. Very cosy with a fireplace in the living room. The house can accommodate up to 6 people. The upper floor consists of a modernly designed, open-plan living and dining area, as well as a kitchen. On the lower floor (at pool level) there are 3 bedrooms with air conditioning. 2 double rooms with TV and one room with a bunk bed (90x200).

Nice apartment - 1 minute to the beach

Our family house is located in the center of Rabac, directly by the sea with the most beautiful view of the Bay of Rabac and the islands of Cres and Lošinj. The apartment is located on the second floor of the house directly on the waterfront. It has a large sleeping and living area, a spacious kitchen , a private bathroom with shower. We have air conditioning. But we have a balcony with stunning views of the Adriatic Sea. The balcony is shared with another guest.
