Monthly Rentals in Kotor

The host was a friendly lady. The house was very clean and everything was enough. It was in a nice location between Kotor budva. The treats are also appreciated. It was a good experience.

We spent a week in Sanja's bungalow and felt comfortable right now. The accommodation is very lovingly furnished. The outdoor area is very well maintained and the pool large and clean. From the terrace you have a great view over the bay of Kotor. You definitely need a rental car to get to the accommodation and be mobile from there. The property is 20 minutes away from Tivat Airport. Sanja and her family live right next door and are very helpful. All in all highly recommended!

Amazing location with beautiful views, was my second time staying at Bayview Hills, have enjoyed my stay both times!

Nikola was very responsive and gave us all the necessary instructions for reaching the apartment. His mother lives on the ground floor of the house, so she was flexible with the check-in (we arrived at 22h). The apartment is on the first floor and was very clean and nicely furbished. Had all the amenities we needed, plus a large screen TV with Netflix. It is not in a walking distance of anything interesting, but it was practically on the main regional road, so it's a brieze to get to Tivat and Kotor. Nicola's mother made us a very nice breakfast for the Easter morning! All things considered - great apartment.
