The cross-country ski trail starts right behind the garden and the ski lift is a 10-minute walk. From there you can enjoy the Dachstein-West-Gosau ski resort. You can get absolute peace of mind while sweating in the barrel sauna. The Gosaukamm as a backdrop does the rest. There are two fireplaces in the house, which further emphasize the cozy atmosphere.

Our quiet apartment (37m²), overlooking the Tennen Mountains, offers direct access to the ski area and our cross-country trails. In summer, you can reach the paraglider landing site and numerous walking and hiking trails in just 2 minutes walking time. The town center and a swimming lake are only 1.5 km away. Our house is located on the sunny mountain of Leogang. The ski lifts are only 100 meters from the apartment. In front of the house is your car parking space. The apartment is reached via an external staircase (slope!). The apartment has 2 bedrooms with a total of 3 beds (1 crib is also possible). There is also a pull-out couch in the apartment. The sunny terrace overlooking the Leogang stone mountains or the Leogang grass mountains is an absolute highlight.

The apartment is located on the ground floor and consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom with toilet, and a kitchen. 10 minutes to the town center, grocery store, and indoor swimming pool with sauna in the immediate vicinity. Parking is available on the property. A bread roll delivery service is available, or you can have breakfast in town (Sattlers, Steffl Bakery). Ski storage for two people at the gondola station is included. Dogs are welcome.

Located in unspoiled nature, right on the edge of the forest or Fischbach. The spacious accommodation of approx. 120 m² is located on one level with a separate house entrance. On the 4000 m² private property there is also a small barn with dwarf goats, a well, a Troad box and the landlord's house.
