Ski-in/Ski-out holiday rentals in Austria

WOW! When we saw the photos of the property during the book, we wondered if reality could catch up with us sobering. But the opposite occurred: It's even nicer on site than in the photos. You can easily check into a feel-good oasis. A warm feeling of home with clean character at the same time, a perfect mix. For me personally, it was a first holiday that was supposed to have a real relaxation frame and had a big share of success in the great Casa. Fireplace set at the touch of a button, leisurely hours on the window sill overlooking the distance and the cable car, then a sauna with mountain panorama and before going to bed - by the way in a great bed - a swimming pool stay. What more could you ask for (or even a woman)? The kitchen offers all the options to take care of yourself. Our dog also felt "bully"comfortable and enjoyed the long walks that are offered around the chalets. Great!!!

We 2024/2025 between the years for a week with two families (4 adults 5 children) in the chalet in Annaberg. The chalet is in a great location, right on the ski slope and also easily accessible. The kitchen was really fully equipped. We didn't miss anything. The chalet itself is beautifully built, well equipped and offers a great view of the surrounding mountains. We felt very comfortable there. Unfortunately, someone had probably smoked in the chalet before (it's actually not allowed), which is why it smelled of cold smoke in the basement. The landlord quickly tried to help with a room fragrance, but unfortunately this only reduced the symptom. But as a landlord you don't get into that and we were grateful for the help offered.

We had a wonderful weekend at Arno's place in St. Johann! Check-in and communication were totally straightforward. The apartment was clean and exactly as written. Arno gave us good tips for the area. We will be happy to come back!

Great spacious home. We had enough space with 6 people. Also the terrace and the fenced in garden are great! Location is perfect for hiking. Especially with children, there are many amazing opportunities for hikes and excursions! We had a great vacation and felt very comfortable! Thank you!!

Very nice and cozy place in a great location. It has everything you need, especially a beautiful view. Many ski resorts are quick to reach. Claudia was accessible and helpful throughout. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

There were five of us in Chalet 37 over Easter and felt super comfortable there in the cozy and well-equipped kitchen-living room. We couldn't really appreciate the beautiful living room on the first floor in the short time and in the most beautiful Easter weather. For this, we enjoyed the magnificent garden with various benches, table groups, loungers and great views of the Gaflenz Valley. The entire cottage is tastefully decorated with lovely details and decor. Just a place to feel good. Upon arrival, the landlord also provided us with a room in the annex to lock our bicycles. Super nice and accommodating. Thank you!!

The chalet was an absolute dream – idyllically located, exceptionally tastefully furnished and surrounded by pure nature. You can feel the love with which Birgit designed this place in every detail. She was a wonderful hostess – warm, attentive and always available. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back!

I had another great winter sports holiday with my family in the Traumhaus! It is a very suitable house for families with young children. The view in the living room of the snowy mountain peaks is really fantastic :-). Communication with Monika goes well and responds quickly. I recommend this apartment to everyone for a great time in the sun or in the snow.

We had a wonderful stay at Landhaus Bambi!! Tanya is a very nice host and the apartment is really nice, insanely cozy and very quiet. We felt immediately comfortable and will recommend it with complete conviction! This apartment would always be our first choice in Ellmau. It couldn't be better! A heartfelt thank you to Tanya!!!

We had a lovely ski weekend at Johanna’s place. The house is perfect for skiing and close to town. Johanna was very friendly and helpful. She let our kids use her sled and even lent them some snow boots for this occasion. We would definitely go again and even in summer when the area is perfect for hiking.

we had a nice week in the apartment. A stone's throw from the ski lift and skiing to the front door (with plenty of snow). The sofa bed is not optimal, the double bed sleeps very well. Fully equipped kitchen, beautiful view, cozy cottage!

We loved our stay here, as a family of 3, for a long weekend of skiing. The apartment is just the right size, with a breathtaking view. Close to the slopes and several restaurants. A huge bonus are the Spa + pool + kids pool at the Falkensteiner hotel that is connected to the building.

What a great place! Very clean cabin, surrounded by breathtaking views, ski slope behind the house, well equipped kitchen. Everything you need for a great holiday. The pictures don’t do the place justice. Also the host and house owners were very helpful and communicative. They helped us with everything we needed ! We will definitely return!!

a wonderful place to stay, we loved Sophia's cabin and the campsite. The cabin was comfortable and contained everything we needed. it's an ideal place to stay with children, conformable beds and well provisioned kitchen. The area is beautiful. The campsite has a lovely swimming pool, amazing playground, fantastic restaurants. We hope to be back again soon! We spent a few nice days in Monika's cabin as a family with 3 children. The cabin is super cozy and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay, firewood is more than sufficiently available. It is quiet and there are numerous hiking trails in the immediate vicinity. The view is fantastic. If you don't want to cook for yourself, there is Gasthaus Tauernwirt in the next village (3 minutes by car). Highly recommend. The nearest larger town Trieben is 15 minutes drive (bakery, super, etc.). We can highly recommend the cabin!

We spent three nights in this beautiful cabin and were completely delighted. The place was clean, cozy and equipped with everything you might need. The location in the middle of the mountains was fantastic – perfect for enjoying nature and unwinding. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful, they answered all questions quickly before we arrived. The cabin was lovingly furnished, and you noticed that every detail was taken care of here. We particularly liked the spacious terrace with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. We would recommend this place anytime and look forward to our next visit! Andreas' cottage is cozy and lovingly furnished. During a one-week stay, we didn't miss anything. Self-catering is possible in the fully equipped kitchen, but it is also easy to dine at the managed huts. The arrival is explained in detail by Andrea and the walk in winter takes about 15 minutes with luggage. Everything is as described and in the photos. We had a wonderful time. A heartfelt thank you to the hostess!
