In this low-ceiling house you can relax with the whole family. NB! Loud parties are strictly prohibited!! For an additional fee it is possible to rent a sauna (50€ per day). Hot tub also for extra charge (60€ per day). In the case of a hot tub, it is necessary to say 24 hours in advance if you want to use it! The stairs have security gates both upstairs and downstairs. Barbecue on the terrace, please bring your own charcoal! The host family lives in the same yard, about 50m away! Please observe the night peace! Night peace 23:00-8:00!

The bus station and airport are 5 minutes away, if you wish and have a small amount of things you can walk. Around the corner of the house there is a Maxima grocery store, open seven days a week from 8.00-22.00, a little further along the same street there is a 24-hour shop «Sikupilli Prisma», a large Kadriorg park with museums, a promenade by the sea.
