Incredible place a walk away from the heart of Tallinn. The house is a brutalist governmental building repurposed for luxurious apartments. The apartment is truly comfortable: soft lighting, wooden floors, spacious bathroom, great closet. Hosts keep the apartment spotless and clean — much better than a hotel. Visit the Old Town, Rotterman quarter, the park.

We had a good time at this apartment. The view was magnificent. Our questions were resolved by the host by prompt answers.

Good, convenient location. Small flat with all basics, no issues from my side. Riina is very friendly and helpful. The only downside: quite overpriced for what you get, but it was due to Depeche Mode concert, so 2-3x premium was expected :-) Thanks, Riina.

Rare to find a place so big and central for this price, super secure and so warm!! Everything a person needs to actually live not just “make do.” We even have some of the same books. I highly recommend this flat for small families or even 2 people sharing sofa duty!! Would be very cozy. Everything you need to feel right at home plus great transport. Park across street if you have children. Aljona is an excellent communicator and helped me through dreadful arrival issues. Thank you so much.

Toomas was a very helpful and responsive host. The apartment was very clean, and had all the amenities. We were impressed by the facilities in the apartment, including the sauna. The location is great, very close to old town and very convenient. We had a lovely time in Tallinn, and definitely recommend Toomas place.

We had a lovely time in the apartment and immediately felt at home. Everything worked perfectly, and the place was very quiet and wonderfully cozy and we loved the bath tub! The apartment is ideally located for exploring the old town, so we hardly needed to use public transportation. All questions we had were answered promptly—thanks so much!

Great stay! The location is excellent, the house is equipped with many comforts that make it perfect even for several days. It's also the environment is really immersive in the context of the medieval city. You couldn't choose a better place, highly recommended!!

The apartment was exactly as described, spacious, and squeaky clean. Location in a really good location. The core of the city and, for example, Telliskivi is a 10-20-minute walk away. Highly recommended as a place to stay.

The apartment is very spacious and well decorated. The view of the Baltic Sea is very nice and you are in the Alstadt in 15 minutes by bus - ideal for us.

Lovely condo and area to stay. The condo was perfect for a week of relaxing and visiting the Christmas market. The kitchen was perfect for cooking meals and the sauna was so nice! Great trail just outside to run or walk. Grocery store and gym within walking distance across the street. It's easy to grab a Bolt into old town (20 min drive) to explore the city. We really enjoyed our stay here.

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Old Town. The apartment is an architect-renovated unit with some unusual features that add character to the place, but also create some privacy issues if three discrete bedrooms are required. It would be ideal for two couples or a family with several children of different ages, as they would have their choice of loft, alcove, and a bedroom right below the loft. The unit has many thoughtful touches, including well appointed kitchen, high quality stemware, champagne, soundbar, coffee, puzzles, and a thorough manual with local recommendations. The level of luxury is very high - one of the best we've seen; just make sure the layout works for you.

The location of the accommodation was excellent in relation to the harbor and the old town. The apartment was clean and functional. It offered beautiful views, and communication with the host was smooth. Both check-in and check-out went flawlessly, and the host even offered a later check-out time, which suited our travel plans perfectly. Definitely a recommendation for both the accommodation and the host.
