Casa situata nel cuore del Centro Storico di Cefalù, a 200 mt dal mare e 200 mt da Piazza Duomo. Appartamento completamente indipendente, è dotato di un ampio cortile interno e di una zona relax con vasca idromassaggio e bagno turco. L'alloggio consiste in una camera da letto matrimoniale, un bagno nuovo con box doccia, la cucina e un ampio spazio esterno al coperto in cui è possibile mangiare. È necessaria l'automobile ma la casa prevede il parcheggio
